Description of the offer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts and drive player engagement to new heights. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of player behavior, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of executing successful CRM campaigns in the iGaming sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute a CRM strategy that encompasses player segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalized communication to maximize player engagement, loyalty, and retention
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment players based on behavior, preferences, and demographics, tailoring communication and campaigns.
  • Plan, create, and execute effective CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and more. Develop content, offers, and incentives that resonate with players
  • Implement strategies to guide players through the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. Create touchpoints that enhance player experience and foster long-term loyalty
  • Continuously refine CRM campaigns through A/B testing, analyzing results, and implementing improvements based on data insights. Optimize communication frequency, timing, and content
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product, and BI to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies and initiatives
  • Listen to player feedback and gather insights to tailor CRM planning, enhance player experiences, and address pain points effectively

GOOD TO HAVE

  • 2+ years of CRM management experience.
  • A strong understanding of player behavior, segmentation, and the iGaming competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools, as well as data analysis and segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute and analyze campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Top-level attention to detail with no need for supervising.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A positive trouble-solver attitude.
