While this is a remote position, candidates based in Malta or Portugal will be given preference.

Raketech is a forward-thinking organization that is continuously evolving and driving industry standards forward. We are currently seeking a senior professional who provides leadership and expertise in conversion rate optimization and innovative project management.

 

As CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and Product Innovation Manager you are expected to:

  • Assist the Product Team with conversion rate optimization activities, whether these are managed in-house or outsourced to 3rd party
  • Identify and project manage new initiatives, making sure scope is properly defined, ROI properly calculating and coordinating all the activities needed for the new initiatives’ implementation.

 

Success in this role means managing positively the following activities:

  • Creating conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews, surveys analysis…) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources
  • Assisting POs with conducting internal planning meetings and lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates
  • Analyzing results and identifying successes, failures, and trends, and effectively communicating these findings to POs
  • Measuring and auditing the ROI & effectiveness of tests
  • Influencing content creation to ensure high ROI
  • Utilizing data to optimize content
  • Train POs on Conversion Optimization
  • Manage 3rd party relationship with CRO agency, if needed
  • Identifying and suggesting ways to improve efficiencies, e.g. help Rachtech “work smarter”
  • Evaluating new initiatives requests from Raketech team
  • Project managing the implementation of new initiatives

 

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and good understanding of A/B testing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools, GA4 particularly.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Good understanding of Principles of Product and Project Management. Product Management experience is a plus.
