Customer Service Specialist

HR Logics, a cutting-edge HR compliance management company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of simplifying HR compliance management for our clients. At HR Logics, we have revolutionized compliance management by providing access to best-in-class HR compliance technologies, all under one platform and managed by a centralized service team. We understand that managing HR compliance can be a time-consuming and complex process, which is why we aim to alleviate that burden for our clients. As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients by managing their inquiries and helping them navigate our platform.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone.
• Educate clients on our platform and ensure they are maximizing its capabilities.
• Update and maintain client records and notes in our CRM system.
• Liaise with the technical team to resolve any issues or technical challenges faced by clients.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve our platform.
• Assist with internal administrative tasks as necessary.
• Continuously develop and improve your knowledge of our product offerings and HR compliance best practices.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service position.
• Proficient in Zoom Meetings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software platforms.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
