Black Women Talk Tech (BWTT) is a collective of black women tech founders who have a unique understanding of the challenges we face in the industry, but also of the unique advantages we can bring. We’re here to identify, support, and encourage black women to build the next billion-dollar businesses. Through our annual programming, including a conference and virtual summit with a strong following and a growing digital Membership, we aim to normalize the black woman founder through education, promotion, and funding.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As Customer Success Coordinator, you will be tasked with supporting the rapidly growing portfolio of sponsors for Black Women Talk Tech and act as a bridge between the sales team and the rest of the company’s internal and external stakeholders (production, marketing, etc.). You will be focused on building customer loyalty to ensure long-term retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. The Customer Success Coordinator is expected to build a relationship with each sponsor to ensure their business needs are met and exceeded from the agreement through to the execution of their sponsored activations. This position will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the entire Black Women Talk Tech Executive Leadership Team.
