Position : Data Analyst

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5PM EST (40 hrs/5 days a week) / 9 PM – 5 AM Philippine Time

Pay Range : 900 – 1,500 USD / month

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define data needs, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business goals.
• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and reliability for analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can guide business strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify correlations, trends, and anomalies that can inform product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
• Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests to measure the impact of different strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data collection and storage processes, as well as to troubleshoot any data-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive continuous improvement and growth across various business functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a consumer goods or e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel or SQL (plus for Python or R).

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and consumer behavior analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Fluent in English and available to connect with the team on video calls as needed during business hours in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
