Aumni is an investment analytics company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. At Aumni, we are creating an automated platform to extract information directly from venture capital deals and provide the most comprehensive strategic insights related to the economic and legal details in each investment. Our dashboard presents VC firms with an intuitive interface to make important decisions about their portfolio of investments and financial performance.

Recently closed our acquisition by J.P. Morgan Chase, we are rapidly expanding to build new features and attract new customers. We are looking for a highly autonomous data analyst to work within the BI team and focus on the delivery of our self-service BI capability for internal customers. This includes working with new users, continued development of the capability, and collaboration with data engineering to enhance the core data offerings.

In addition, you will have responsibility for our data catalog and will participate in the development of automated data quality monitoring features.

We have a modern data warehousing, engineering, and visualization stack with flexibility to further develop and build out the platform in partnership with the person in this role.

This position is for Salt Lake City (Cottonwood Heights), UT or 100% remote.

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Scientist
• SQL
• Data Modeling
• Data Documentation or Cataloging
• Creating Dashboards (with tools like Metabase or Sigma)
