Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our London-based team. You’ll primarily be based in our Southern England offices (either London or Colchester), but hybrid working is available. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our global operations.

 

What You’ll Do

• Creating and managing eye-catching and engaging communication campaigns, you’ll work closely with the Group Marketing Director to provide fully rounded digital marketing support to internal stakeholders, encompassing all the brands within the Gray Dawes Group.
• Being a champion of our brand, you’ll help create digital marketing campaigns and tactically implement them, bringing the Gray Dawes brands to life through compelling narrative and content for multiple audiences.
• You’ll create content for all our brands and across different channels to ensure we’re relevant and resonating with our target audiences.
• You’ll help develop communication assets, including e-newsletters, articles, staff communications and blog posts.
• You’ll support the development of social media strategies including managing social media pages and posting on behalf of Gray Dawes as well as managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
• You’ll handle project briefs and nurture strong relationships with internal colleagues.
• You’ll support the team to produce communication assets including print, digital, video and presentations.

 

What We’re Looking For

• You’ll have an excellent understanding of the principles of marketing coupled with practical experience within a similar role.
• You’ll have practical experience with website CMS, ideally WordPress and be proficient with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
• You’ll be proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud Software, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• You’ll be skilled in SEO, PPC and efficient in managing Google Analytics 4 (tracking, goals and reporting)
• You’ll have excellent communication skills, be keen to learn and be happy to work in a dynamic, high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
