We are looking for someone to lead a team to bring the power of Internet Performance Monitoring to some of the largest organizations in the world – retail, financial services, infrastructure, and SaaS companies as well as large government accounts.

We are looking for a builder who is eager to have immediate impact and take advantage of a great product in a new category which serves a critical need for all large organizations.

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience selling B2B enterprise software to technical buyers (IT) in enterprise organizations.
  • A track record of building teams across North America and EMEA.
  • A knack to hire, empower, mentor, and support high-performing sales professionals.
  • Skilled in planning, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience as a player-coach who will be accountable for new logo attainment globally.
  • The creativity to get in front of the right technical buyers at large accounts and concisely communicate a story that makes value evident for the customer.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Excellent presentation, influence, and negotiation skills.

Desired capabilities:

  • Experience with Networking, CDN, APM, DEM, and/or Monitoring software.
  • First-hand experience with Force Management, MEDDIC and CoM methodologies.
  • A bias for action. Ready to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
  • Has first-hand experience with land-and-expand GTM motions closing 5 to 7-figure deals.
  • Proven experience developing champions and interfacing with senior level executives.
  • Experience leading effective SDR teams.
  • Has held a similar position in a $50-$200M revenue company and has experience starting with a small team and scaling.
The estimated On Target Earnings(OTE) is a combination of base salary and variable.  The salary for this role is based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and overall experience, while the variable will be determined by attainment of annual goals.  Catchpoint offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision care, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and employee wellness perks along with a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation.

$250,000$350,000 USD
