At Jet Aviation we see visual communications as storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We’re looking for a talented Global Visual Communications Manager who can take concepts and ideas and create elegant, seamless, and effortless creative solutions across media channels.
You will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams, the Global Visual Communications Manager will be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, for internal and external audiences, and will be able to proactively suggest and create the best solution for every project. The baseline annual salary range is $110,975.00 – $122,072.5.
Minimum Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
— Five or more years of progressive creative experience
— Compelling portfolio of digital and print work covering a range of creative projects and solutions
— Experience working with a diverse global organization with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
— Strong understanding of communications processes, guidelines, policies, and practices, for digital, social, and print media
— Ability to understand detailed requirements and proactively determine a creative vision that matches the brief
— Strong stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to own and transparently communicate your creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions
— Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
— Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
— Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, Canva, and/or other graphic design software
— Proficiency in iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro CC, and/or other editing software
— Proficiency in industry standard UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch and/or Adobe XD
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including an enhanced knowledge of PowerPoint
Main Responsibilities:
— This role will work as part of the Global Marketing Team to create high quality visual story telling experiences while supporting overall business units and their objectives
— Full ownership including the design, development, and creation of executive level presentations, from conception to completion
— Create visual communications and creative assets that are on brand and drive business needs
— Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members and stakeholders on a range of projects
— Be a brand champion and establish/own the creative direction for each project within brand guidelines
— Create print and digital ads, brochures, online graphics, videos, and other creative assets as necessary
— Ask questions, be innovative, take risks, and champion new ideas
— Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Desired Characteristics:
— Seven or more years of relevant work experience
— Experience in marketing automation technology such as Hubspot and/or Salesforce preferred
— Photography/Videography experience preferred
— Has a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver the best experience to customers and colleagues
— Quality driven with a passion for excellence to represent Jet Aviation as a Brand Ambassador
