• Click-Through Rate (CTR) for Product Categories is higher YOY
• Create Main Image A/B Test for 2 product categories per week
• Create 5 different main image options for 2 product categories to test on PickFu per week
• Create 1 weekly report providing insight as to why some images performed better than others & document takeaways to implement in future tests

ONE THING: To showcase our products in a visually appealing and authentic manner through expertly crafted Photoshop mock-ups, driving customer engagement and increasing sales on Amazon.

Primary Objectives 20% BIG ROCKS

1. Use your exceptional Photoshop & illustrator skills to create visually stunning images of our products on a white background that accurately represent our products to potential customers on Amazon (2 product categories per week, 5 images per product category)
2. Conduct PickFu tests to determine the top 2 images to add to A/B tests on Amazon

Regular Work Activities 80%

1. Continually evaluate what competitors are doing and what might be working well on other platforms such as Walmart, Target & ETSY
2. Collaborate with the product optimization managers, and other stakeholders to understand product specifications and requirements for creating compelling main images.
3. Coordinate with optimization project manager to know when to conduct tests for each product category
4. Evaluate why certain images performed better than others and create a weekly report documenting best practices
5. Maintain consistency in design elements and brand identity across all product mock-ups, aligning them with our company’s overall brand guidelines.
6. Quality Assurance: Review and double-check all mock-ups to ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and professionalism before uploading them on Box.
7. Complete various projects as requested by leadership.
8. Responsible for maintaining and organizing design files

Key Skills

• Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop – Demonstrated mastery of Photoshop, with a proven track record of creating realistic and professional-looking product mock-ups.
• E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with Amazon’s platform and image guidelines especially with A+ content will be advantageous, enabling you to tailor your designs specifically for the e-commerce environment.
• Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of product mock-ups.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively to present products in unique and eye-catching ways while maintaining a consistent brand image.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple mock-up projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Collaborative nature and effective communication skills, as you will be working closely with various teams to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality mock-ups.
• Strong layout and typography skills (this is extremely important)
• Natural sense of color and creativity (this is extremely important)
• Great ability to focus and use time wisely (assignments must not take you an absurd amount of time to complete)
