We are doing a complete overhaul of our website and need your help! Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and an innate ability to turn our content into web-ready resources for prospects and existing customers.

Our team works close together and is always open to new ideas – you’ll play an essential role in contributing to the look and feel of the AllSpice brand.

This role is full-time and 100% fully remote.

Requirements

• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Team player attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and internal stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Strong knowledge of WordPress to import copy, implement layout design
• Rudimentary HTML knowledge
• Ability to follow brand style guidelines and strong understanding of graphic design best practices
• Passionate about tech products and marketing to the engineering community
• Previous full-time graphic design experience of 3-5+ years
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS landscape and prior design experience within this field
• U.S. based

• Incorporate feedback and utilize data-driven insights to iteratively improve designs, enhancing the visual impact and effectiveness of creative assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while adhering to project timelines and priorities.

 

Duties

50% – Web design

• Collaborating in the restructuring existing web properties (such as homepage and feature pages) from Wix into WordPress
• Following and contributing to a design system
• An initial overhaul of our brand’s Aesthetic, including internally pitching new homepage layouts – wireframes, stylistic elements, and more
• Managing WordPress design templates and lead capture plugins
• Following SEO best practices during web content creation
• Implementing UX & UI wireframes on WordPress site
• Optimize site experiences for users (SEO, site speed, etc.)
• Subpages (i.e. industries, features, security, newsroom, product updates)

50% – Creative

• 30% – Marketing assets
  • The development of marketing assets, including:
    • Sales enablement materials
    • Case studies
    • Presentations
    • eBooks
    • Explainer video support
    • Printed collateral (i.e.
    • Merchandise (i.e. client facing, employees)
    • Tradeshow support (i.e. booth, banners)
• 20% – Corporate branding
  • Contributing to and maintaining our Design system
  • Ongoing Brand Unification

Education

• Minimum 4-Year bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field

Nice to have

Ideally located on the East Coast

• Some familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, webinar platforms, and other MarTech
