Sunday Riley is looking for a digital designer to join our Creative team. The right candidate is passionate about the beauty industry and ecommerce, with a strong interest in innovative design trends and technology.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design 5-6 emails per week utilizing templatized layouts, with an eye towards mobile first experience. Create multiple versions for A/B testing and segmentation.
• Design video content to be utilized for social media, paid media or in-store environment
• Utilize skills in illustration, animation, and typography to create assets that are engaging and on-trend
• Develop multilingual creative work
• Retouch images to customize them for various placements
• Develop innovative digital assets under fast-paced timelines
• Create monthly assets for affiliate marketing
• Create assets for social media and ecommerce, as needed
• Monthly review of internal metrics and emails from competitors and retail partners against our own content to understand areas where we are winning and areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
• 4 years of digital design experience, focused on email, social, paid and/or web design; experience in retail world or beauty brand a plus
• Experience with ecommerce tent pole events
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, like Klaviyo
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, a plus
• Strong understanding (or willingness to learn and master) responsive, customized email content and banners based on consumer segmentation
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of typography, photography, graphic design and digital design; ensures all assets adhere to brand guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight timelines
• Passion for beauty industry and current email / digital design trends
