Description of the offer

Role Responsibilities

        • Lead all content sourcing and influencer marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
        • Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, staying within budget and collaborating with the CMO on allocations.
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, resolving issues and fostering collaboration on authentic, engaging content.
        • Identify ideal influencer criteria (content type, engagement, followers, brand alignment) and coordinate with the Head of Creative on influencer and content decisions.
        • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
        • Compile and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics and driving strategic adjustments.
        • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to enhance influencer marketing strategies and implement cross-platform campaigns when necessary.
        • Coordinate with the Head of Consumer Insights to ensure content reflects up-to-date product features and market insights.
        • Oversee content creation efforts, including studio and lifestyle photoshoots, ensuring professional visuals align with product developments.
        • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of fresh, engaging, and brand-compliant content.
        • Lead content sourcing initiatives for special projects, campaigns, and product launches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing timelines.
        • Drive innovation in content sourcing by experimenting with new approaches and formats, implementing tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

        • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
        • 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, content sourcing, or related role
        • Proven leadership and team management skills
        • Expertise in planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Proficiency in using analytics tools and compiling performance reports
        • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
        • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends and strategies
        • Ability to collaborate with Creative, Consumer Insights, and Marketing Leadership
        • Experience in creating engaging content with influencers
        • Familiarity with new tools and technologies for influencer marketing
        • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
        • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a content calendar
        • Keen eye for brand alignment in sourced content
        • Strategic vision and adaptability to industry changes
        • Focus on achieving measurable results and improving campaign performance
        • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders
