Your team:

This role will report directly to the company CEO. You will manage a team of HR/TA specialists and coordinate people and operations. At Amity, we believe in friendly and open communication within the team where everyone can state their opinion and influence our Amity people initiatives and strategies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Execute the HR strategy, operations and office management:
  • End to end responsibility for the employee lifecycle, measured by People metrics including employee retention, length of stay, engagement indices, eNPS;
  • Ensure compliance to local labor law and standards;
  • Run payroll operations;
  • Lead and develop a top performing HR/TA team;
  • Partner with Heads of Departments on talent management initiatives including employee relations, performance management, learning and development, succession planning and other topics.
  • Champion Amity Solutions culture and open communication: drive a strong and open workplace environment with well designed initiatives and campaigns that foster employee engagement, transparency and trust.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function. With the Talent Acquisition Lead as a direct report, you will be a center of excellence for resourcing and headcount management initiatives to ensure Amity Solutions have the right people at the right time.
  • Contribute as a senior leader, positively manage change and work in synchronization with business direction.

Your ideal profile:

  • Significant experience working as a HR leader at a senior manager level: confident in and proven to advise, coach and partner with Executive Leaders and Management
  • Experience from corporate IPO/listed company is highly desired
  • Managerial experience. Has lead a team and is well versed with best practices in team leadership
  • Qualification in the field of human resources (example: Degree in HRM etc.)
  • Experience across the different pillars of HR
  • Native Thai language speaker, Fluent in business English
  • Experienced with labor law from Thailand, Experience with labor law from other countries is a big plus
  • Bound by integrity, transparency and equal opportunities in the workplace
