We’re on the hunt for someone to join our growing US-based leadership team as Head of Marketing.

Who we are and what we do

Starting with just two guys back in 2020 to over 150+ team members based in the Philippines and Latin America, Shepherd has experienced rapid growth in just over 3 years in business.

We’ve primarily grown through word off mouth, thanks to our founder’s network and modest Twitter following. Within the last year, we’ve made two strategic partnerships with Shaan Puri (My First Million podcast) and Nick Huber (Bolt Storage / Sweaty Startup). Their audiences have significantly accelerated Shepherd’s growth.

This is where you come in

Until this hire, our founder has led marketing efforts. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for taking our existing marketing efforts to new heights. Your primary role will be optimizing existing customer acquisition channels and leading new growth initiatives. You will report to our CEO / Founder and work directly with our COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management – Oversee website content, design, and copywriting, working directly with our design and development teams.

• Global Strategy: Spearhead marketing efforts that align with our sales and recruiting strategies across multiple regions.

• Campaign Management: Drive campaign creation and lead sales processes and content (e.g. webinars)

• Influencer Collaboration: Forge and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring successful partnerships.

• Referral Programs: Supervise our referral partnership initiatives, scaling their potential.

• Paid Acquisition: Build out and manage our paid acquisition strategies, ensuring optimal ROI.

• Content Teams: Oversee our content marketing units, ensuring synergy and consistent messaging across different channels.

• Leadership: Exhibit outstanding leadership, fostering collaboration and growth across various teams.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, especially at the leadership level.
• Strong understanding of regional marketing nuances, especially in LatAm and the Philippines.
• Demonstrable track record of designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently across various teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire.

Bonus Points

• Experience with HubSpot
• Familiarity with Webflow

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience.
