Description of the offer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Paid Search to join our team. The Head of Paid Search will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing successful search engine marketing campaigns for our portfolio of DTC brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search, keyword research, and ad copywriting, as well as experience optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEM, Shopping, Display, Video (Youtube), and Pmax strategies for a portfolio of DTC brands to drive traffic and revenue growth
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target keywords and ad opportunities
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and other search engines
  • Write compelling ad copy that accurately represents the brand and resonates with target audiences
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to drive campaign success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices to ensure our campaigns are at the forefront of the field
  • Launch campaigns on top PPC advertising networks
  • Monitor advertising campaigns to flag ad disapprovals
  • Help to compile recommended ad targeting for media campaigns
  • Compile daily spend & sales data for campaigns to monitor appropriate pacing for the campaign flight

Requirements

  • 4-5 years experience in digital advertising
  • Experience building and managing campaigns on Google & Bing
  • Experience with the following platforms:
    • Google Analytics, Northbeam, GTM, Triplewhale, Google Merchant Center, Data Feed Watch, Shopify
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, Outbrain, TikTok, Snapchat, Taboola, etc.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and use insights to drive campaign optimization
  • Experience working with ad tracking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics like CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Capable of using image editing software like Photoshop
