In the capacity of a Human Resources Executive, you will hold a key role in shaping their company’s success. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks, including payroll management, office administration, policy formulation, and collaboration with the finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the driving force behind the establishment of the HR department, supported by their dedicated finance team.
You will:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes with meticulous attention to detail and compliance.
- Lead general administrative functions to ensure the seamless operation of our office environment.
- Create, implement, and enforce HR policies in alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to optimize financial workflows and uphold accurate records.
- Offer essential support across a range of administrative and HR-related functions.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within a Maltese local context
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll, office administration, and policy formulation
Salary / Remuneration: 25,000 – 30,000 DOE plus benefits
