Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, servers, networking equipment, and related peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs, provide solutions, and offer guidance on optimizing the IT environment.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner, managing and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Document service activities, including problem descriptions, solutions implemented, and hardware/software changes made.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use of IT equipment and software applications.
- Secure and store equipment.
- Pack and ship equipment to customer location or end user’s residence according to the scheduled installation date.
- Perform inventory check at least once in month to validate list of assets in stock.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to offer informed recommendations to clients.
- Participate in the development and improvement of IT service processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide updates and insights on service activities.
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and guidelines when working with sensitive client data and systems.
