The Job Position

As our team expands, we are currently seeking a Lead Designer to lead our creative team and drive the design vision for our projects. Your key tasks will include:

• Lead, mentor, and manage two teams: a product design team focused on website development and a graphic design team dedicated to the online gambling industry.
• Establish a clear vision and strategy for the design department, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals.
• Facilitate regular design reviews and critiques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of design standards and guidelines.
• Drive innovative and user-centric design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Ensure the consistency and high quality of both graphic and product design outputs.
• Brand Design (build and maintain) and support for the corporate brand and assets.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Product & Design teams to ensure design choices enhance organic search performance.
• Ensure that design solutions are SEO-friendly and contribute to the overall online visibility of our products.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product management, to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.
• Present design strategies and solutions to senior management and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Oversee and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficient workload distribution.
• Apply industry-specific knowledge to inform design decisions, ensuring designs resonate with our target audience.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to ensure our designs remain relevant and compliant.
