My client is a scale-up specializing in the post-purchase experience: the idea being to allow e-retailers to build customer loyalty by focusing on the “post-purchase” part.

As part of a replacement, she is looking for a React/TypeScript Front End Developer lead

Your missions

What will you do?

In this role:

You will lead and implement the roadmap and front-end technical architecture of the product.
You will ensure that the front-end code base is of the highest quality and you will drive the continuous improvement of front-end development processes and practices.
You will participate in the development of new features and improvements for the product.
You will inspire and mentor developers on front-end best practices.
You will migrate to TypeScript (phase 1 already finished)

The company has around sixty employees including 16 people in the Tech/Product part.

You will evolve within a squad composed of:

3 Developers
1 Engineering manager
1 Product manager
1 product Designer

The position is to be filled on a permanent basis and directly with the end customer (no ESN)

Salary range: €63/80k plus variable of €2k

Your skills

Don’t wait any longer, apply if:

The technical stack below speaks to you:

• Ruby on Rails and Go for backend
• TypeScript, React (with Hooks), Redux, React Testing Library, CSS Modules, Webpack (with federated modules) for frontend
• Hosted on GCP
• Datadog, LogDNA, Sentry for monitoring
• Monolithic infrastructure + introduction of microservices (for about a year, 3 services today)
• PostgreSQL + Elasticsearch + RabbitMQ + Redis for storage
• Kubernetes + Docker for ops
• You speak English (international collaborators).
• You have at least 4/5 years of experience.
• You already have experience as a lead or are a senior who has not had the title of lead but already have lead responsibilities.
• You master React.

Most:

• You know TypeScript.
• You have already worked with Designers.
• You have the ability to teach, the ability to influence.
• You like to share and improve the skills of others.
• You stay up to date on the entire Front ecosystem:
• Any project on Design System or TypeScript is welcome!
