Marketing Specialist

Essential Functions”

• Collaboratively work with sales team and utilize operator database to proactively smart target prospects based on each salespersons individual pipeline goals.
• Conduct research and contribute to building custom presentation and pitch decks for prospect outreach.
• Regularly meet with salespersons to review sales activities, progress on pipeline goals, and status of prospect outreach.
• Initial inbound lead follow-up from various mediums including website and advertising campaigns. Assess the quality and urgency of leads to route accordingly to appropriate sales team member via Salesforce.
• Assist in account-based marketing.
• Manage and measure lead generation programs from various mediums.
• Support social media and website updates.
• Support the planning and execution of events and tradeshows.
• Support the execution of the overall marketing plan.
• Maintain marketing email database in Account Management (formerly known as Pardot) and contribute to the development and launch of email marketing programs.
• Stay up-to-date on foodservice industry, product, and flavor trends.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Javo and FFP portfolios.

Knowledge & Skills

• Must present and communicate in a professional manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
• Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
• 1 to 3 years previous inside sales or marketing experience in foodservice preferred.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite, Account Management and Highspot a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
