We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic team, working for a boutique consultancy whose clients range from yachting and racing car firms through to airports and the NHS. Your role will be as varied as it is challenging as you will be working with some of the UKs best known businesses.

Our client, is based in the UK and specialises in helping businesses to work more effectively from an operational, productivity and financial perspective. You will be working with a strong team of passionate and driven individuals who have the client’s needs at the heart of their business; they work collectively to deliver the best for the companies they work with which is demonstrated by the longevity of their working relationships.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote their products and services even further as they move into the next phase of growth. You will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and identifying new marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure effective marketing execution.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years proven experience as a Marketing Specialist in a Business to Business environment
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Experience in writing proposals and tenders
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You must have a driving licence and your own car for occasional travel to sites
