Despite the pandemic and war, we continue to grow x2 annually both in design, marketing & sales.

Let me tell you the most important information about this position, and then move on to the general description.
Eleken is a pragmatic design agency for SaaS. Simply put, we offer UI/UX design services for software-as-a-service companies for the US market. We are a retainer agency, which means that clients pay a fixed amount every month and you don’t have to estimate every project. We assign each client designer(s) working on their project full-time. What is crucial for us:

• 1-2 years of graphic/web design experience;
• Strong visual design skills.

Tasks:

• Design a range of assets: landing pages, blog posts, ebooks, emails, newsletters, case studies, social media, ads etc.;
• Define and maintain Visual Identity and Guidelines;
• Design, maintain and evolve the modular system for the website landing pages, marketing assets;
• Analyse the website visits stats to learn and improve its conversion rate and experience;
• Produce a data-informed design for the website by taking into account existing constraints and business needs;
• Work closely with our marketing team;
• Research and analyse visitors’ behaviour, obstacles, and issues of Eleken’s website;
• Articulate and present your design ideas and hypotheses.

• Experience of working with Webflow;
• Ability to make custom illustrations / Drawing skills;
• Motion design skills.
