Description of the offer

Windfall Media is looking for a talented and experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing agency team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience running successful Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns, as well as experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and maximize ROI.

This position is a full time remote position. YouTube Ads experts move to the front of the line!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target audience and optimize ad copy and landing pages for maximum conversion
  • Create and manage ad campaigns, ad groups, and targeting to ensure maximum reach and engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve ROI
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and recommend changes to improve performance
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad creative and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in running successful Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performance
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
