We are a young company – founded in early 2020 – and are looking to make those crucial early hires that will set a solid foundation for years to come and ensure we achieve excellence. You will be part of the first 30 team members in the agency.

Joining as a Paid Search Manager, you will report to the Senior Account Director and work directly with large-scale enterprise clients as well as new scaleups.

The role:

  • Build, optimise, and manage Paid Search campaigns across Google, Bing, and/or SA360.
  • Work with the Technology team to create ideas for new bespoke solutions for our clients.
  • Have the ability to work across verticals (B2B, B2C, lead gen, finance, eCommerce).
  • Uncover insights and produce reports and commentary for our clients to improve KPIs. You will be working closely with large global companies and independent exciting scaleups.
  • You are going to be one of the 30 employees outside of the directors, so you will have a large role in establishing agency practices, routines and operations.
  • Work directly with clients, building trust and relationships and representing the agency.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who has experience working directly with clients, managing accounts and executing Paid Search strategies.
  • Someone who is proactive and naturally curious.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Has a Technical mind. You don’t have to know how to code, but if you have a natural desire to learn more about coding and/or technical elements, you’ll probably work well in this team.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Someone who has or wants to manage junior team members.
  • University education is not a necessity for us. Equally, if you went down the academic path, that’s okay too. What we really care about is: are you passionate about the work you do & are you a natural problem solver?

Process:

We try to keep our hiring process fast and light on candidates. Once we’re talking, the process can be as quick as <5 days:

  1. First call with Senior or Group Account Director (30-45 mins)
  2. Presentation Task (2hr prep + 1:30 hours presentation & follow up discussion)
  3. Call with Co-Founder
