OnYourMark Education is a high dosage virtual tutoring service providing individualized early literacy virtual foundational skills instruction to K-2nd graders grounded in the science of reading. We partner with schools as a supplement to the literacy instruction already in place to ensure students get the foundational reading skills they need to excel!

We also believe that spreading an understanding of the science of how children learn to read can be transformative for tutors, teachers, children, and families. Getting foundational literacy skills right in K-2 will support children to read on grade level and diminish the need for schools to remediate at their current levels.

Position Overview

The Partner Success Manager will support the Partnerships arm of the Schools Team. They will collaborate closely with assigned network/district representatives, school leaders, and teachers to ensure all partner campuses are set up for success in the execution of OnYourMark’s virtual tutoring program. This role requires extensive collaboration with the Program and Operations teams to ensure overall successful implementation of programming across partners.

Qualifications

  • Systemic thinker with a sophisticated understanding of the elements involved in the operation of schools and school districts
  • Highly collaborative teammate capable of developing and managing a large number of professional relationships both internally and externally
  • Self-starter and problem solver with the ability to produce results in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment
  • Ideal candidate has at least three to five years of experience working in a customer or partner success role, prioritizing a high level of service and driving contract renewals.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Belief that there is no job too big or too small for any teammate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Center diversity, equity, and inclusion of experience, thought, and action in all areas of work

Evolving Responsibilities

As an organization in its exciting start-up stages, this list of responsibilities is a starting place and will continue to evolve alongside OnYourMark’s growth in the next few years. This role will report to the Senior Director of Partnerships.

  • Provide best in class service to a portfolio of school partners, leading successful renewal conversations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational planning with assigned partner schools including rostering, scheduling, logistics, technology requirements, teacher investment, etc
  • Manage implementation of new tech systems/platforms with school partners
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner schools to continuously improve programming
  • Work to efficiently and collaboratively solve problems with schools
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure strong program implementation and the highest level of customer success
  • Navigate all school-based challenges to optimize tutoring outcomes and partner experiences

Our work is fully virtual. Offices are based out of a home office, anywhere in the U.S. Some travel may be required. OnYourMark offers a competitive benefits package.

Expected compensation at or around $60,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
