Delivery – day to day, you’ll:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for people queries in the team, assisting and directing these as required.
  • Ensuring our people data and systems are always up to date, accurate, and a true reflection of our workforce.
  • Drafting all people correspondence (e.g., employment contracts, contractual change letters)
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including; Bamboo, welcome boxes, and coordinating with Tech Ops on IT equipment, etc.
  • Coordinating the delivery of our regulatory learning program and our learning framework as it’s created.
  • Supporting our Talent Partner in the recruitment process, delivering a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience simultaneously
  • Owning the induction experience
  • Supporting the people and marketing team with delivering people-related projects e.g., social media posts, awards submissions, etc.
  • Supporting our executive team with ad hoc diary management and administrative support as needed.
  • Keeping our people-related intranet pages up to date and supporting on delivery of internal communications and people engagement projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent people communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Has a growth mindset, willing to roll your sleeves up and try new things. Excited by problems and trying to figure things out.
  • Is comfortable working with data and systems.
  • Experience working in a people team, understanding key processes and principles aligned to the people lifecycle.
  • Experience and comfort in working in an agile team environment with delivery based on two-week sprints.
  • Understanding the importance of maintaining integrity and confidentiality of all people-related information.
