About the opportunity
Climate Arc is now seeking a People & Culture Associate (HR Advisor) to work with the Director to operationalise our People strategy as the organization grows. The People & Culture team at Climate Arc is committed to becoming a best-in-class HR department for an ambitious, growing global non-profit. You’ll be in a small team with plenty of opportunity for generalist work and growing your knowledge and skills in the HR space in a supportive, flexible environment. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to contribute to a globally important mission and work with dedicated and passionate people.
You’ll be the first point of contact internally for all things People & Culture, ensuring accurate and timely processes, data, and reports, and facilitating key People & Culture functions and programs. In 2023-4, key deliverables of the People & Culture Team will include building the team to optimum capacity; designing our Learning & Development program and delivering our Reward & Recognition program.

Remuneration
Depending on experience and demonstrated capability, the salary range for this role is £30,000-50,000.
