The FP&A Tech team are central to the Finance Department generating all the management accounts reporting. This role. the Planning Analytics Developer, will have great autonomy and responsibility to maintain the data and develop new functionality and automation. The role sits within a small and dynamic team where you can really make your mark.
What you’ll be doing…
- The FP&A Tech team are responsible for maintaining the Planning Analytics platform and data cubes.
- As a Developer, Administrator and Analyst you’ll work closely with the rest of the FP&A Tech team to ensure delivery of Reporting, Forecasting and Analysis from the company’s Planning Analytics datamart.
- This includes creating new reports, loading, validating and reconciling data.
- You will work closely with the Finance department to enable them to traverse this data and get the information they need in a timely and accurate manner to help them achieve their goals.
- You will work closely with the Internal Systems team who maintain several key Finance applications including the central ERP application, NetSuite.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
- Two years experience working with TM1/Planning Analytics in a developer role.
- Sound knowledge of TM1/Planning Analytics model design, cubes, rules and feeders.
- SQL experience, preferably Oracle, including basic database design concepts.
- Experience of TM1/Planning Analytics in a financial accounting/reporting environment.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Strong data analytics skills.
