About the role

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the legal tech industry? Green Filing, a dynamic entity within the InfoTrack family of companies, is seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to shape the marketing landscape as the first member of our marketing team. If you are passionate about legal technology, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are excited about the prospect of pioneering marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Become the go-to expert for the Green Filing product and its revenue-generating features. Advocate for both our customers’ needs and our product’s capabilities.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the internal team and a cross-functional Marketing Advisory Team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to our target market.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute impactful launches for new products and feature releases. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of promotions.
  • Customer Engagement: Keep our customers and internal teams informed and engaged with timely updates and releases. Work closely with customer support to ensure smooth communication.
  • Email Marketing Innovation: Design and implement dynamic email marketing campaigns that include mass emails to our mailing list, targeted emails based on case events, and scripted email series for new sign-ups.
  • SEO and Localization: Collaborate with our marketing web developer to enhance organic search engine optimization and explore product localization strategies for specific markets.
  • Education Initiatives: Develop and deliver educational opportunities, potentially CLE certified, to attorneys and their staff. Create brand exposure and industry expertise.
  • Law School Engagement: Introduce Green Filing to law schools and students, paving the way for e-filing knowledge in future legal professionals.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing: Extensive experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS space. Legal experience is highly preferred.
  • Effective Communication: Proficiency in virtual and in-person presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Market Insights: Proven ability to conduct competitor analysis and market research, including survey design and interviewing skills.
  • Compelling Communication: Exceptional writing skills to convey complex topics effectively.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software, along with proficiency in productivity and design applications.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Self-starter mentality with the capacity to take ownership of projects and collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Diplomatic Leadership: Strong diplomatic skills to push forward and step back as needed when collaborating across different teams.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and an ability to excel both independently and in a team environment.
