As Vable continues to grow, we are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our product development process. Your responsibilities will span across various functions, including project management, cross-functional coordination, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organised, a problem-solver, and possesses a deep understanding of product development processes.
We would love to hear from you if you have the criteria below:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Proven experience in a product operations role within the tech industry
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

The day-to-day job:
While the below is not an exhaustive list of your duties, it outlines the bulk of the role on a day-to-day basis.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with the product manager to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between product development, engineering, design, and other relevant teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
- Represent product to all the other functional stakeholders in marketing, sales, finance, and support.
- Organise and lead cross-functional meetings to track progress and address roadblocks.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and product metrics.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the product development lifecycle.
- Implement best practices and standardise processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Documentation and Documentation Management:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product specifications, requirements, and workflows.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant teams.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to establish and maintain quality control processes.
- Monitor and report on the quality and performance of product releases.

- Interview: If, after the intro call, we’re both excited to proceed, you will be invited to an interview with Matthew, CEO and Zhanna; Head of Technology. This interview will cover your experience, behaviours and personal traits. It should take no longer than 1 hour.
- Final Interview: This will be with Matthew CEO and Emily, our Head of Client Success. It will be a chance for you to learn more about our company, culture and team and a chance for us to delve deeper into any areas of your background, not yet discovered. This will take no longer than 1 hour and is the final stage. For most candidates we expect the whole process to be no longer than 3-4 weeks.
We record all of our interviews, with your permission. It makes it easier, as we are globally distributed and various members of the interview panel can rewatch and give you their full attention without having to take notes.
