The Retention Marketing Specialist will focus on retaining and re-engaging existing customers. This position demands a mix of analytics, strategy, and creativity to maintain customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

What you will do:

    • Completely own the CRM program, and lead the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
    • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of retention initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Responsible for customer segmentation strategies and personalization, both on and off-site, including merchandising and site content.
    • Use data-driven decision-making to identify areas of improvement in retention.
    • Work cross-functionally with user acquisition, engineering, creative, and product development teams to drive the retention product roadmap.
    • Gather customer feedback, analyze reasons for churn, and implement strategies to mitigate loss.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • eCommerce experience is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention marketing.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and platforms, with experience in segmentation and personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for spotting trends and deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
