As an Administrative Assistant to the Sales Department, you will possess at least 2 years of relevant administrative sales experience and will report to the Sales Manager. Your day-to-day work will focus on supporting the Core Sales Team, which includes the Sales Manager, Sales Executive(s), CEO, Sales Coordinator, and other Kanopi team members. Your main priority is to provide administrative support for all functions of the Sales Department. This includes ensuring: active client files are updated regularly and are readily available to the Sales Team, all pertinent details are noted in the database, and that meetings are promptly scheduled. You will intuitively provide the necessary support to the Sales team, and the Sales Manager in particular, often assisting with email drafts, and other documentation as needs arise.
This position is fast-paced and deals with shifting priorities. During peak sales season, duties may expand to further support other members of the sales team.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time position. The salary range for this position is $39,100-$47,950 – the range is broad, but it is commensurate with experience, aligned with current members of our team with similar experience, and may shift a bit depending on your geographic location. This is a 100% remote role, but you must live and be able to work in the US or Canada.
