We are currently seeking 2 stellar Sales Development Reps with 1-2 years of experience to join our award winning team. They will have experience with prospecting and cold emailing, and are eager to develop themselves at a fast-growing company. The SDRs will be rewarded with strategic oversight and management, opportunity to spread their wings and show what they can do, and a career path to set them up for a successful career with our agency.

Job Description

  • Aggressively prospect for new clients using LinkedIn and other means
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop targeted lists, marketing strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Qualify and nurture new leads via email outreach/ LinkedIn prospecting
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Report on weekly activity
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, appointments and closed deals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience
  • Must have experience doing cold email outreach
  • Strong work ethic
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and identify potential solutions
