We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for finding new business by prospecting, scheduling demos and closing deals.HydroNeo is a tech company in aquaculture, providing IoT solutions for farmers mainly in the shrimp industry. To be successful in this role, you must be well-organized, proactive in reaching out to leads, able to overcome objections, and determined to succeed in reaching your targets.We have joined forces with a major publicly traded company leader in the shrimp industry, Thai Union Group. Their part in this partnership is to generate hot leads and to promote our offerings within the industry to new and existing customers.For this position, we are very flexible in regards to work location (e.g. remote) and working hours. We do not have a set 9am-6pm M-F schedule, rather we are more focused on performance.

 

Tasks

• Contact leads to promote our solutions
• Schedule demos and ultimately close deals
• Onboard new customers on how to use our mobile app
• Provide exceptional support to our customer base to make sure they are successful in using our system
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI’s
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM software
• Collaborate with other teams in the organization to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements

• Native in the Thai language with sufficient English proficiency for internal communication is required for both spoken and written communication
• Experience in the shrimp industry is a preferred (but not required)
• Experience with using CRM’s, i.e. HubSpot, and tools like Microsoft Office is a must
• Independent, detail-oriented and a winning attitude is a must
