Algorithmics Programming school teaches children and teens how to code, through creatively themed lessons delivered by awesome teachers on our cutting-edge platform. Our mission is to get kids future-ready by giving them a tech education that develops their computational thinking, collaboration, communication and creativity.
The role
The Sales and Support role is pivotal to Algorithmics success.
We want someone who will optimize our sales and convert leads to happy students and parents. You need to be able to think on your feet, understand parents’ needs and address those needs through the vast selection of programming and IT courses delivered by our amazing teachers.
The ideal candidate will have experience contacting, explaining, and selling products or services on the phone to customers who have expressed interest in them.
Regardless of experience, you will need to show that you can make things happen.
Full training and certification is provided for this role.
This role is ideal for someone like a stay at home parent interested to work from home with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our courses utilizing scripts and our sales/customer service training.
· Answer questions about our courses
· Ask questions to understand customer needs a address them accordingly.
· Enter and update customer information in our CRM database
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
· Coordinate bookings and schedules with teachers and parents
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
· Represent the company with customers and uphold its reputation
Requirements
· You’re passionate about what we do – getting children future-ready
· You’re interested in or have experience working an early-stage tech-enabled start-up
· You have excellent spoken and written communication in English (Maltese language is a big plus)
· You enjoy working towards targets
· You have sales and or customer care experience and are looking to widen your skillset
· You’re energetic and proactive: able to identify issues/opportunities and tackle them without being told what to do
