Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and testers, working closely with other SF teams within the clients landscape to ensure consistent enterprise solution delivery.
• Hands on Design, Development and implementation of SF solution.
• Implementation of agile processes according to standardised SaFe Agile framework
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, daily stand up, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Support scrum team by removing impediments.
• Working closely with requirement engineers to understand business requirements and manage e2e implementation within JIRA

Skill requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and best practices
• Experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using microservices
