Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with client stakeholders and technology specialists, establishing yourself as a trusted and authoritative presence for the client team
  • Undertaking requirements capture in a focused, structured way
  • Participating in the design and running of engaging client workshops
  • Managing solution prioritisation, ensuring stakeholders understand constraints
  • Creating and delivering client presentations as needed
  • Working with strategy and design teams to gather and document customer experience requirements, balancing them against needs of the business and the technology solution
  • Managing ongoing sprint-based BAU delivery and a regular release roadmap alongside the development of a more extensive technology transformation plan
  • Working with Agile development teams to create and prioritise a product backlog, and support the delivery of a technology solution based on Sitecore using agile methodologies
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives etc)
  • Communicating progress and appropriate escalation to your assigned project’s account team
  • Work proactively with your account team and department head to manage your own workload and prevent over or under-utilisation

Requirements

This is a senior role and you will be expected to hit the ground running on the project.

  • At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) on digital experience transformation programmes
  • Experience in eliciting, documenting and prioritising requirements from all relevant sources
  • Experience breaking UX and design artefacts down for delivery by a technical team
  • Experience and familiarity with Sitecore 10 XP development and support
  • A strong understanding of digital technology, systems integration and implementation
  • Experience creating and owning a backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience leading a technical Scrum through a sprint lifecycle
  • Strong written skills for presentation and written report creation
  • Strong client relationship management and presentation skills (this is a client facing role)
  • Previous consultancy, large agency or corporate experience is preferred
