Fōcl Studio is a dynamic and innovative design studio based in Australia, specializing in creating compelling real estate and property-related content and branding packages. We work with property developers to bring their visions to life through exceptional design and creative strategies.

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content and branding packages specifically tailored for the real estate and property development market. You will work closely with our team to understand the nuances of the Australian property market, although we will provide guidance and support as you acclimate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design branding packages for property developments, ensuring each project aligns with client expectations and market trends.
• Create engaging real estate content, including brochures, digital media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Participate in daily briefs and handovers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage in 2-3 video calls per week, or as required, to discuss project updates and feedback.
• Maintain a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of branding and website design work.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Australian property market to inform design choices and strategies.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on real estate and property development projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate design and property-related content.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to work full-time and align with the Brisbane, Australia timezone.
