Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and design static advertising creatives that captivate and engage target audiences.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming and developing creative concepts that support our marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects from initial concept to final execution, meeting deadlines while upholding quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and effectively communicate their brand message through visual elements
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance client projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards

• 3-5 years minimum experience in graphic design, marketing & creative agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting static advertising creatives for online channels.
• Ideal candidates will possess marketing experience, enhancing their ability to create compelling visuals.
• Competency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment with evolving project requirements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative ideas and concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
