We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the Senior Recruitment Consultant position and to become responsible for attracting the best IT talents from the market and be a true support for the recruitment team.

 

You can expect:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical IT positions
• Taking care of professional and candidate-focused communication on Social Media
• Building a strong personal brand as a part of the ITMAGINATION recruitment team
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates
• Ensuring professional communication always
• Delivering professional feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
• Active direct search

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions
• Practical experience in using different online channels to identify and attract the best candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to address different candidates’ personal concerns
• Familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly activities
• Ability to make quick decisions and predict various outcomes
• Excellent English skills (C1)
