Are you a digital marketer looking to make impact at a purpose-driven organisation?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the dynamic Group brand and marketing team at CAF.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing online channels, and optimizing our digital presence to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall organisation growth.

As our Senior Marketing Manager you will:

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), performance marketing, user experience, and conversion optimisation
• Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify emerging trends, user insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute innovative digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Who you’ll be

This role is for you if you have experience of working in a senior digital marketing role or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies, with a track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, UX, and other digital marketing channels.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation systems, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights and strategies.
