Flatiron Venture Partners is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Photo Editor to join our team. As a Senior Photo Editor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the visual content of our firm.

This is a leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop the visual content strategy for the firm
• Lead and mentor a team of photo editors and coordinate their workflow
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality, visually appealing results
• Manage a large volume of digital assets and ensure efficient organization and accessibility
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in photo editing
• Provide creative direction and support to photographers and designers
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and meet visual needs for campaigns, events, and projects

• Proven experience as a Senior Photo Editor or similar role
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software
• In-depth knowledge of advanced photo editing techniques and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of copyright regulations and best practices in image usage and licensing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
