The Role

• Lead with AI & UX: Use AI to sculpt transformative user experiences. Create the gold standard in generative UX design. These are uncharted waters, so you’ll need to be comfortable navigating the unknown, guided by research and abeam to a competent, passionate executive team.
• Pioneer & Partner: This isn’t just a role; it’s a leadership opportunity. As we grow, you’re not just on the voyage; you’re plotting the course. You’ll set the direction for the design org and the rest of the product team to realize a cohesive vision.
• Beyond Aesthetics: With each interaction, you’re building bridges to sustainable futures. Design pathways with purpose and impact, channeling your experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and comprehensive design languages. We’re not here to cut corners, we’re here to get it right.
• Research & Strategy: Dive into the needs of users, guiding our product roadmap through informed decisions. You’ll lead our user research process and shape experiences accordingly. You’ll conduct interviews, synthesize research data, develop personas, and more to plan many steps ahead.
