We are looking for members who will lead the recruitment and organizational strengthening of the main domestic commmune business, the success hub of the new business that will be the next pillar, and the US commmune business that is the key to global expansion.

Business content

  • After joining the company, first of all, you will lead the recruitment work in cooperation with the Hiring Manager, focusing on the following. In collaboration with them, you will be responsible for considering and implementing measures for a series of recruitment processes from acquiring applications related to recruitment of recruitment positions to acceptance of joining.
    • Formulation and tuning of hiring plans with business managers
    • Promoting the planning and execution of measures to form a population of high-layer positions
      • CxO, business owner, management layer
    • Communication with Stakeholders
    • Optimization of recruitment process based on quantitative and qualitative information
    • Design and execute operations that improve the candidate experience
    • Advice and support for Recruiter members
  • In the future, depending on your own will and aptitude, we also entrust you with the following duties.
    • Formulation and execution of company-wide personnel strategy
    • Designing and implementing an optimal evaluation system as the organization expands
    • Design and construction of training systems, culture development, etc. to maximize organizational productivity

  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in building/improving/operating recruitment operations and recruitment processes
  • More than 3 years of mid-career recruitment work experience at a business company
  • Recruiter experience for high-level positions such as CxO and business manager

  • HR work experience in a rapidly changing SaaS company
  • Hiring experience in the phase of business expansion to dozens to hundreds of employees
  • Business experience other than HR/Recruitment
  • Software engineer experience, understanding of engineering
  • Experience in planning and executing measures such as sending information for recruitment publicity and media exposure
  • Experience in planning and executing recruitment marketing, such as recruitment events and media operations
  • Manager or team leader experience

Working hours

  • Flex system (core time: 11:00-16:00)
  • Remote work possible (recommended to come to the office one day a week)

Holidays/Vacations

  • Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer holidays, congratulatory or condolence holidays
  • Annual paid leave (10 days granted after six months of employment as required by law)
  • Leave at the time of joining (5 days given at the time of joining as paid leave)
  • Sick leave (10 days per year from the time of joining the company as paid vacation)

Salary

  • Considering ability and experience, determined according to the salary table for each rank prescribed by our company (estimated annual income 8.8 million yen to 11.4 million yen)
