Why We Need A Senior Relationship Manager
In our first three years of operation, we’ve launched partnerships with a steady stream of new product and service vendors. We do this work to help people earn more, save more, and live a good life and we measure our impact in the number of dollars we put in our members’ pockets. We’re proud of what we’ve done so far and are ready to elevate this work with more capacity, structure, and focus. This year alone we’ve refined our strategy with a newly revised product and services roadmap, have restructured the team, and are looking to launch even more partnerships while ensuring we’re getting as much value for our members with new and existing partnerships.
What Will The Senior Relationship Manager Do
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to join our Consumer Products and Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our strategic partnerships to drive member growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve both member outcomes and business objectives. This role requires a skilled communicator, adept at fostering strong relationships with external partners while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. Additionally, the candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing processes for products and services metrics tracking, working with our finance team to facilitate business transactions, and manage revenue model approaches. They will also support negotiations, contract outlines and work closely with the legal team.

Why Join Our Team?
Our workplace is dynamic and we aren’t afraid to pivot when things don’t work. We’re mission driven, hard working, and scrappy AF. We have a good time working on hard things, and embrace the line ‘feedback is a gift’. We jump in to help each other, and make time to reflect when things go well and not so well. The truth of the matter is: we’re doing meaningful work with really cool people and having a great time doing it.
While this is a fully remote workplace, domestic travel is required for full team annual retreats and intermittent team working sessions and retreats.
