What You’ll Do: As a Senior Biostatistician, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the statistical strategy for a wide range of clinical trials. Your expertise will contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of complex clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, generate insightful reports, and provide critical statistical input to guide decision-making.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading statistical aspects of clinical trials, from design to analysis and interpretation.
• Providing expert guidance on statistical methodology and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with Data Management and Clinical Operations teams to ensure high-quality data collection.
• Mentoring and supporting junior statisticians within the team.
• Participating in client interactions and contributing to proposal development.

 

What You’ll Bring:

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Biostatistician within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
• Strong proficiency in statistical software (SAS, R, etc.) and relevant programming languages.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, analysis, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
