About The Role

The Social Media, Content, & Design Manager at Reel Unlimited will wear multiple hats, from managing our presence across various social platforms to showcasing our daily portfolio and actively engaging with online communities. A unique blend of design prowess and content mastery is essential, along with a proactive approach to leveraging opportunities for engagement.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following

 

Social Media & Community Management

 

Actively manage and update profiles on Dribbble, Twitter, and other platforms.

• Showcase our daily portfolio across platforms, highlighting our diverse design capabilities.
• Engage with communities on Twitter, Product Hunt, Quora, Reddit, and other platforms to foster meaningful interactions and position Reel Unlimited as a thought leader in the design space.

 

Content & Design Creation

• Develop captivating content tailored for each platform, incorporating graphics, videos, stories, etc.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create and modify designs, ensuring alignment with our brand.
• Collaborate with the design team to curate and present the best work for social media showcases.

 

Email Marketing

• Design, write, and distribute regular newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Loops, and Intercom.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of email campaigns.

 

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate regular reports on social media metrics, engagement rates, and content performance.
• Offer insights and recommendations based on analytics to refine our strategies.

 

How It Works

• Once accepted into our network, you get daily notifications about graphic design orders matching your skills.
• You will have access to our dashboard to review project details, including deadlines, and will also have access to a private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients.
• Every 2 weeks, you bill us for all your completed orders, and we direct deposit amounts owed to your bank account within 2 business days.

 

The Minimum Requirements For This Position Include The Following

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and content pieces.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with email marketing tools, preferably Mailchimp, Loops, or Intercom.
• Outstanding proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Creativity and a bold approach to ideation, bringing forward innovative engagement strategies.
• Proven track record of engaging and growing online communities.
• Ability to work independently and think on the fly.
