About The Role
As an Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator at The Tower, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and support our marketing team’s efforts. You will play a vital role in helping create and execute social media strategies, engaging our audience, and promoting our video content across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation:
- Assist in creating and curating engaging social media content, including images, videos, and written content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the production of compelling visuals and messaging.
Social Media Management:
- Monitor and manage our social media accounts, including posting and scheduling content.
- Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Content Calendar:
- Support the development and maintenance of a content calendar for social media posts.
- Help plan and schedule content to align with marketing strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Assist in tracking social media performance using relevant tools and platforms.
- Contribute to data analysis efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Audience Engagement:
- Foster and grow our online community by encouraging user-generated content and engagement.
- Share audience feedback and insights with the team to improve strategies.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).
- Strong interest in social media management with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Creative and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
