Social Media Manager

EMIAC Technology private limited is a growing accounting firm that is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels to increase our brand awareness and engage with our customers. You will develop and implement social media campaigns, analyze data to evaluate the success of these campaigns, and use this information to improve our social media strategies.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for social media and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience. You should also be comfortable with data analysis and able to use this data to continually improve our social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that aligns with our brand and speaks to our target audience.
• Manage our social media accounts and engage with our followers to build meaningful relationships with our customers.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of our social media campaigns and use this information to improve our strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and make recommendations for new and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure our social media strategy aligns with our overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments and reviews on our social media channels.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the latest trends and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and prioritize tasks.
